Junior Fitness

Each class will have a GPP standard! (General Physical Preparedness) This standard allows for a group warm-up, dynamic mobility complex, break in to your specialty, general fitness or sport specific! Simply put, volleyball players won’t be doing the same strength or plyo routine as a football or rugby athlete! Each class will specialize in that kids needs to increase their fitness level in a targeted manner!

The class will then come back together for a dynamic group workout that focuses on a similar conditioning series, with minor adjustments to ensure the goal of that child is met! Meaning, the rep scheme or weight chosen will again be goal specific to each child!
